Jen is currently working with Eric Pan on the Java-based PING project, an interactive database about immunizations and other sorts of health related info.

David Ephraim
David is currently working with Yao Sun finalizing the implementation of a method of class prediction which uses gene expression data obtained from microarrays to determine the class of various cell types.

Is currently working on the cross-species functional homology project.

Aaron Homer
Is currently working with Atul Butte, using the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) language, HTML and Javascript to create a new interface for displaying gene relevance networks. The new interface will make the display far more manipulable than previous display methods.

Richard Harrington
Richard is currently working with Alberto Riva. Their aim is to develop an interactive web-based program which facilitates the mapping of SNPs to predicted Transcription Factor Binding Sites.
