Welcome back to my website on genetic network analysis.
First, I would like to apologize to all of those who tried to visit my old (and now defunct) website at my former university, USUHS. That webpage on genetic network analysis was prematurely removed for reasons not quite clear to me.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. In the meanwhile you can download the latest tutorial handout, as presented at the 2nd International Conference on Systems Biology (Caltech, November 2001)

You can find here a set of Commentaries I have written for the journal "Trends in Pharmacological Sciences". These commentaries cover a wide range of topics from the human genome project to prion detection. The real fun in writing commentaries is that one express ideas and views that have not been elevated to the level of "scientific truth" (yet).
